There are a variety
of lodges that offer excellent game viewing and accommodation, three of
which we use regularly are:
Kuname River Lodge - 5 Star
Honeyguide Tented Safari Camps
Kapama Game Reserve
Kapama Private Game Reserve must surely stand out as a gem among the many
reserves within our region as it continues to grow not only its product but
its property as well. With the recent acquisition of 620 ha of property
adjoining the Kapama Private Game Reserve.
The
owners of Kapama Private Game Reserve have expanded the existing 11,200 ha
Game Reserve to almost 12000 ha. This ensures Kapama has one of the lowest
vehicle densities per hectare of any reserve in the entire region.
With sweeping views across a tranquil lake, Kapama Lodge (5 star graded) is
the epitome of a luxury accommodation. Spacious, air-conditioned, en suite
thatched chalets, decorated to reflect the rich textures of Africa, are set
in tranquil indigenous gardens. The tea deck is a relaxing venue to observe
an abundance of birds in their natural habitat or to enjoy cocktails on a
balmy evenings, while the library and lounge offer a warm welcome on cool
winter evenings.
